I liked the property and its more than adequate and solid breakfast.
The hotel was big with a perfect and nice location not far from visitor attractions, Tampa hill and shops in an easy walking distance.

The room was spacious with nice amenities like a
Good coffee maker and eco-friendly toiletries, which I appreciated. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the historic center. I did find that the balcony was small, limiting the ability to enjoy the beautiful view. A fantastic stay.

The central location and ease of parking was important to me. Good size of bedroom, excellent shower and air conditioing easy to adjust. The leisure facilities are very well equipped and available at an additional charge of about £5 - Staff all very helpful and friendly
The Lobby is a large cold area with no real atmosphere. The bar area in one side of the enormous lobby was empty throughout my 3 day stay and consequently residents generally went out to socialise. Breakfast buffet was basic - the orange juice and coffee was disappointing. Wi Fi in the lobby but no internet terminal available in the hotel.

This hotel offers a really good breakfast with an rich variety of options that kept me really surprised each morning. The indoor pool area was spacious and rarely crowded. My room had a fine view of the entire town, and being in the city center made it convenient to explore local attractions. Staff members were friendly and quick to assist with any inquiries. The heating system required some work. Initially, I was placed in a room where the heating didn't function at all. After moving to a different room, I still faced issues with the temperature settings. On the downside, the parking fees were quite high and I feel that a concession for longer stays would have been reasonable. Despite these issues, my stay was enjoyable overall due to the location and the spacious facilities.

The hotel's not five stars, it's more like four.

Elegant historical architecture with a spacious lobby.
My experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving my room unbearably hot, and the extra bed we paid for was far from satisfactory. Check-in took too long, and we were inaccurately charged for our stay. The overall cleanliness was lacking and did not meet my expectations for a hotel at this price point.

Location is very central ..shopping restaurants heritage buildings ..one feed back ..the hotel can be much improved by apointing hotel furniture and design specialist and utility (hotel) specialist(designer)..in case further improvement is in mind..staff and service is perfect..(the most important)..mustaq
The t.v sets are out dated ..the tiles or marble is not (warm) in experience..

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with million dollar views and the mini bar, as example; everyone is welcome here. The breakfast was more than adequate and massive for sn Espresso coffee and the food was outstanding. The location of the hotel was particularly good and magnificent - not too far away from The Synagogue. What's more, it was near the main square where all the bars and restaurants are and restaurant and the key tourist places👌🙂
